1) Скачиваем X-IvAp: https://ivao.aero/softdev/X-IvAp/download.htm
2) В скачанном архиве есть файлик readme.txt, в котором написано: "Just copy the contents of the for_plugins_folder into the Resources/plugins folder of your X-Plane installation directory." (скопировать содержимое папки for_plugins_folder в папку X-Plane/Resources/plugins)
3) Пользуемся
