Rules and Regulations of X-Airways VA


I. General Terms

    • 1. "X-Airways" virtual airline (VA) is not engaged in any financial and commercial activities.
      2. All materials published on the VA website are only for virtual flights and cannot be used in real life.
      3. X-Airways VA registered in VA-system of International Virtual Aviation Organization ™ (IVAO), Russian Division and follows the rules and requirements of this organization. (ICAO: XRW, IATA: XA, Radio: X-Air).
      4. All flights are performed in X-Plane flight simulator within IVAO network and only online.
      5. Our fleet doesn't consist of certain aircraft types. Categories and types of aircraft are chosen by pilots (with the condition of the mandatory FCOM knowledge).
      6. The VA's hub airport is "Mineralnye Vody" (URMM). Scheduled departures and arrivals are performed from this airport except transit and charter flights operated by VA from other airports.
      7. VA has the training center on the basis of airport "Mineralnye Vody" (URMM), which hosts training flights and exams to obtain a pilot license.
      8. Pilot or cadet of VA must have "Active" status in the IVAO network.

 

II. Internal Regulations

      • 1. Our airline is a friendly community of people who united by a common idea and love sky, aircrafts and virtual flights. We are doing everything we can to participate in the activities of our airline brings the maximum pleasure and interest.
        2. VA operates in accordance with the rules, guidelines, and recommendations of the IVAO organization.
        3. All pilots and cadets are required to regularly attend VA website under his login, follow the news and forums.
        4. Each pilot, submitted to the VA must perform weekly one or more flights by choice. Duration of flights during the week should be at least 2 hours.
        5. Only pilots with internal VA PPL license can perform flights under the callsign XRW*** (where *** - numeric designation)
        6. The main method of interaction and communication for all members is the VA's voice server. Details for connecting to it are given to each cadet after the request to the Administration, through "Contact Us" form on VA website.
        7. Cadets with "Inactive" status in the IVAO who not warned the Administration about the reasons of inactivity will be removed from the list of cadets, members of voice server and VA website.
        8. Pilots and cadets who don't respond to private messages and e-mails from Administration will be removed from the list of cadets, members of voice server and VA website without prior notice.
        9. Cadets who don't apply for training sessions within one month will be removed from the list of cadets, members of voice server and VA website without prior notice.
        10. Cadet who joined the one or more other virtual airlines and flying under their callsigns, must apply for the entrance VA Pilot exam within one month after entry. In the event that this point, the cadet will be removed from the list of cadets, members of voice server and VA website without prior notice.
        11. Failure to comply with any items of this rules and regulations entails removing from VA. (Each case is considered individually.)
